USCellular, the fourth-largest mobile network operator in the US, exposed its Customer Database due to employees in its retail store were tricked into installing hacking software in their store computers.

IQ does not measure security:

British Mensa, the society for people with high IQs, failed to secure its website’s passwords properly. It resulted in exposing members’ data.
